Update from St Thomas Library...

St Thomas Library's wonderful compact display for this summer's South West Reading Passport Scheme, which is to record and review books from the seven continents with the aim of entering the review for the chance of winning a £300 book token and free suitcase. To create this display Karen visited several local charity shops in her lunch hour to search for an old (vintage) suitcase. She found one instantly that had been thrown out so it needed cleaning and drying out. Once dry Lee stuck on vintage travel labels and we both got to work on choosing books from our stock and Voila! A great display.

We have already run out of our passports and have had to order more. Maybe the chance of winning a suitcase of books was the main pull but we like to think it was the battered old suitcase that was the clincher!
